Software Deployment and Coaching in the Financial World
Among the conceptual and logistic tasks of this major project, the safe operation within the data processing infrastructure had to be assured. As a 'link' between project basis and project management we coached the staff, which had to work with the 'old' and the 'new world' in parallel, during the whole roll-out-phase.
Already in advance we were able to clarify issues, intercept and analyze arising problems and solve them on-site. If required we developed appropriate tools and integrated them into the system.
The direct communication with the project management ensured a smooth project flow in compliance with the timelines. Thus the project could be completed successfully on schedule.
