Packaging
Based on the results obtained for the software requirement investigation, we built the appropriate application packages. Not only the CMF related tools were applied, but also others such as the Wise Installer. The packages were tested by the operating departments before their implementation. The acceptance tests were conducted by the end-users.
Rollout
In preparation for the rollout phase we draw up the process manuals and the installation guides. These documents served the briefing of the external personnel and also as documentation for the current operations. During the rollout we trained the external staff members and we fulfilled every administrative job within the CMF application such as the preparation and allocation of software profiles.
